Recap- WLI Event- Like a Boss: Building Your Professional Brand

Recap- WLI Guided Rum Tasting

ULI members braved the record breaking heat on Wednesday, August 10th to network and enjoy an exclusive members-only summer rum tasting at Archipelago, a tiki bar on U Street.  Archipelago is owned by local bartender Owen Thomson (formerly of Bar Pilar and Rose’s Luxury) and his colleagues Joseph Ambrose, Noah Broaddus and Ben Wiley.  The tiki bar opened earlier this year and is DC’s first legitimate tiki bar in more than a decade.  The Washington Post describes Archipelago as “the only place in town where you can sit on a … Read More

Recap- ULI Washington/WLI Whiskey Business Tasting Event in Shaw

Alexis Bittar and Zadig & Voltaire were put at the top of the Nice List when they hosted a holiday clothing drive and private shopping event on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 to benefit the non-profit organization Suited for Change.
