Calling all cyclists and intrepid urban explorers! As dynamic new projects in Northern Virginia redefine the urban core of the Washington-metro region, these once “9-5” office markets and “suburban” neighborhoods of Northern Virginia are now bustling with exciting developments that embrace a true live/work/play lifestyle. The Young Leaders Group’s Programs Committee is excited to announce its 3rd annual ULI Washington Bike Tour, “A Tour of Two Cities” at 8:30am on June 24th, 2017 featuring speakers from various game-changing developments and neighborhood hotspots throughout Northern Virginia. The 8 mile tour embarks from 2025 Clarendon Blvd in Courthouse, stops first at the under construction office building at 2311 Wilson Blvd, travels down the hill to a campus of affordable and mixed-income housing before continuing to Rosslyn’s under construction Central Place, and finishes with a ride on the Mount Vernon Trail along the river to Crystal City. The optional “longer tour” of 16 miles will include a ride to Alexandria that features stops at a couple exciting new developments along the waterfront. The ride will take place rain or shine.

Thank you for our sponsors!
