ULI Washington Presents: Improv for Business: Working without a Script
Join ULI’s Women’s Leadership Institute for a happy hour that will help you think quickly, react positively, and innovate in the moment. Improvisers work without a script – just like you! They succeed by taking risks, thinking fast, saying yes, being spontaneous and working together. The stresses and inhibitions you face when dealing with customers, making presentations and collaborating with co-workers are no different than the fears performers conquer by using improv skills. Basic improvisation translates directly to the business world, and with on-your-feet training through laughter – it will be experiential learning at its best. Led by a professional instructor from DC improv, you will get to be a part of the show.
