Regarding the Trends Awards Bryce A. Turner, Jury Foreman for the Trends Conference Awards remarked:

We are ecstatic about the quality and quantity of the submissions made this year; which represent the best development trends occurring in the DC region and the country. Creating a shortlist in each category required painstaking review and heartfelt deliberation. The projects focused on many aspects of our industry, including innovative building solutions for education, renovation, affordable housing, master planning and others. We applaud the creativity and fortitude of every single applicant to create such an amazing built environment in our region.”

The Real Estate Trends Conference, ULI Washington’s signature event for the past 18 years, features local and national speakers and provides a crash course on where the real estate industry is now and where it is headed. The theme for the 2016 conference was “Shared Change. Positioning for the New Economy.”
