An Evening Honoring Excellence in Leadership, Innovation, and Impact
More than 380 members of Metropolitan Washington’s real estate community came together at ULI Washington’s 2025 Awards for Excellence at Capital One Hall in Tysons, VA to celebrate the leaders and projects shaping the future of the built environment in our region.
Leadership Honorees and Project Winners received accolades, speeches, presentations, and personal congratulations from their industry peers and colleagues during the formal ceremony and reception. The program highlighted not only the achievements of today but also the bold ideas setting the course for more equitable, sustainable, and innovative communities across the region.
