What is the Pathways to Inclusion initiative?
The Pathways to Inclusion initiative is designed to broaden ULI membership and expand the professional networks of minority real estate and land use professionals in Washington, D.C. We believe that by diversifying our membership we can better fulfill our organization’s mission to create and sustain thriving communities.

Since its inaugural year of 2019, the Pathways to Inclusion initiative has granted 91 people of color a one-year scholarship for ULI membership and access to the Fall Meeting. In addition, ULI Washington has provided programs designed to serve, support, and engage throughout the year as well as networking opportunities with current and former Pathways participants and industry leaders.
