Diversity Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee
ULI Washington’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Steering Committee was formed in 2020 and meets on a quarterly basis to develop policies and best practices to promote racial diversity, equitable development, and inclusive practices within ULI Washington and the real estate and land-use sectors.
The committee oversees and coordinates the work of three subcommittees — Engaging Diverse Talent, Education and Awareness, and Strengthening Diverse Communities – that meet monthly and are focused on implementing initiatives to move ULI Washington forward as an organization that promotes diversity, opportunity, and equity for all.
