On September 14, ULI Washington celebrated the culmination of an innovative program aimed to spur and enhance regional collaboration across jurisdictional boundaries. Urban Land Institute helps Vienna take fresh look at potential of W&OD

The Town of Vienna may have unrealized, unique land-use and economic development opportunities related to the W&OD trail, the 45-mile linear, regional park that cuts through the heart of Vienna’s commercial area and connects to its Town Green. Recap: Leadership Institute Kick-off and Day 1, 17-18

ULI Washington kicked-off the 2017-2018 Regional Land Use Institute on September 11, 2017 with the Leadership Institutes’ opening dinner in downtown DC. Prior to sharpening their skills in the classroom, participants were able to sharpen their skills in kitchen. Visualize2045 Survey

The National Capital Region Transportation Planning Board (TPB) at the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments is seeking public input for Visualize 2045, a new long-range transportation plan for metropolitan Washington. The input will help elected leaders and regional planners better understand public attitudes and opinion as they make decisions about the region’s transportation future.
