Recap- ULI NEXT Joint Event

ULI NEXT hosted its first joint flight event of the 2017-2018 program year at the POD DC in China Town on November 1st. The POD DC is an award-winning hotel by Modus Hotels which features “Pod” rooms (135 SF in size) at a fraction of the price of a traditional hotel room in the area. The NEXT Washington Initiative Council serves to engage ULI Washington members that fall into the age range between a Young Leader and an Executive (i.e., age 35-45). Flights host meetings on topical issues relevant to its members for the purpose of promoting candid discussion from a diversity of perspectives. FY2016 Co-Chairs: Chris Ruhlen and Evan Weisman. Next 10 Initiative Council Accepting New Members

ULI Washington’s Next 10 Initiative Council (Next 10) program serves to engage members who age out of the Young Leaders program (generally 35-45 year olds). Next 10 is both an educational and a network building group. The first Next 10 Council has been operating for about a year with an initial membership of approximately 25 members.
