ULI’s Center for Sustainability has released a report “The Evolving Business Case for Healthy Buildings” that takes a deep look at cutting edge research on the financial and health impacts possible from a healthy building. The report profiles five market leading projects that are working to measure the health and financial value generated through a focus on health in the building design process. Many of the principles described in the report are incorporated into The Pearl development.
