On Monday, January 14, 2019, the ULI Young Leaders Group and its Real Estate 101 Committee will host the second segment of our four-part “Too Afraid to Ask” series. Each event will feature a panel discussion focused on the questions we’ve always wanted to ask about a particular stage in the development life cycle. The second event, titled “Financing and Designing a Project: From Site Control Up To Construction”, will discuss the financing and design processes important for successful construction execution with a carefully selected group of panelists including:

●        Peter Stuart, Managing Partner, outlier Realty Capital

●        Antonio F. Marquez, EVP, Chief Real Estate Lending Officer, EagleBank

●        David T. Haresign, Founding Partner, Bonstra Haresign Architects

●       Michael Pittsman, Executive Vice President, DAVIS Construction

To ensure we provide a forum that enables each ULI member and attendee to learn about topics that interest them, we are asking our members to complete this short survey. Responses will be used to guide the discussion at the second “Too Afraid to Ask” event and aide in planning the following two.

If you are unable to complete the survey in one sitting, you may save your work and return to it at a later time. The survey will remain open until Wednesday, January 9 at 11:59 p.m. EST

We look forward to seeing you on Monday, January 14, 2019, and thank you for your input.

Following the panel, attendees are encouraged to join us for cocktails, networking and socializing.

Note: If you are new to ULI, we invite you to arrive early (5:45PM) for pre-event networking. The Real Estate 101 committee will be there to greet you and introduce you to members of the community.  You can identify Real Estate 101 committee members by the red committee ribbon on the bottom of their badge.  Please let a registration desk staffer know that you are new member!
