ULI Washington RE 101 Presents: Too Afraid to Ask #1- How Do I Find a Deal?
On Tuesday, October 23, 2018, the ULI Young Leaders Group and its Real Estate 101 Committee will host the first segment of our four-part “Too Afraid to Ask” series. Each event will feature a panel discussion focused on the questions we’ve always wanted to ask about a particular stage in the development life cycle. The first event, titled “How Do I Find and Assess a Deal?”, will discuss identifying development and redevelopment opportunities with a carefully selected group of panelists including:
- Christine Moseley Shiker, Partner, Holland & Knight,
- Michelle Beaman Chang, Founder & CEO, IMBY Community, Inc.
- Evan Regan-Levine, Senior Vice President, JBG Smith
- Andrew McIntyre, Executive Vice President, Combined Properties
To ensure we provide a forum that enables each ULI member and attendee to learn about topics that interest them, we are asking our members to complete this short survey. Responses will be used to guide the discussion at the first “Too Afraid to Ask” event and aide in planning the following three.
If you are unable to complete the survey in one sitting, you may save your work and return to it at a later time. The survey will remain open until Friday, October 5, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. EST
We look forward to seeing you on Tuesday, October 23, 2018 and thank you for your input.
