Join WLI Washington for our 5th annual signature event, one of the real estate industry’s top networking and learning opportunities, all for a good cause: Suited for Change. We’ll enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres on one of DC’s most beautiful rooftops – One Franklin Square – and an in-depth conversation on wellness for real estate professionals.

More than just buzzwords, “mindfulness”, “intentionality”, and “wellness”  have been proven to improve and extend our lives.  We’ll discuss how to strategically create healthier spaces and the financial and individual benefits of incorporating  wellness in the design and operations of real estate. We’ll then shift to a more introspective perspective, learning about the neurological benefits of mindfulness and meditation. During cocktails, we’ll offer a short optional meditation workshop to explore how you can  build mindfulness into your day.

Proceeds from the event benefit Suited for Change, a DC non-profit that provides much-needed professional clothing for low-income women seeking employment.

This event is for men and women, all are welcome!

Speakers:

·         Rachel Gutter, Chief Product Officer, International WELL Building Institute

·         Tama Duffy Day – Firm-wide Health & Wellness Practice Area Leader, Gensler

Followed by an optional meditation led by an instructor from Recharj
