The ULI Washington Women's Leadership Initiative invites you to a one-day Market Exchange this spring in Baltimore! This exchange will introduce participants to some of the city's most exciting real estate projects including Locke Landing, Baltimore Peninsula, and CFG Bank Arena. All ULI members and nonmembers are invited to join us for a day filled with knowledge sharing and networking. Registration fees will cover all tours, lunch, and a happy hour. 

• ·       9:00am-10:30am: Tour of Locke Landing 
• ·       11:00am-12:30pm: Tour of Baltimore Peninsula
• ·       12:30pm-1:45pm: Lunch at Rye Street Tavern
• ·       2:00pm-3:30pm: Tour of CFG Bank Arena
• ·       4:00pm-5:30pm: Happy Hour at Pratt Street Ale House

 *Note: We will be arranging bus transportation between tour locations. More information will be distributed to registered participants ahead of this event. 

WLI Market Exchange events are curated trips to introduce women in real estate professions to a real estate market different from their own. The goals of the program are to:

• Build connections with other WLI groups outside the home District Council and foster stronger relationships inside and outside the region in which we work;
• Create opportunities for women in commercial real estate to network and participate on a national scale; and,
• Observe the trends and driving forces present for CRE in an outside market.
