Seeking a deeper understanding of the process for economic redevelopment? This fun and interactive all-day workshop uses a team-based simulation exercise to explore the fundamentals of:
- Evaluating the economic benefits and risks of different land uses and building types
- Developing a pro forma (financial model) for an economically sustainable development
- Balancing the different time horizons for the public and private sectors
- Responding to conflicting business, community and public sector needs and goals.
