ULI Washington Presents: "Keys to Leadership Success", a leadership workshop led by Laurie Kramer of LHK Insight. Laurie is a certified Executive Coach with a focus on Positive Psychology, as well as a leader in commercial real estate in DC for more than 25 years. During this day-long workshop, participants will focus on the following:
- Core Traits of the most Successful and Inspiring Leaders
- Developing Action Steps to Improve your own Leadership Skills and Attributes
- Individual Character Strengths and how to use them to Enhance Leadership
- Values Assessment – Understanding how your Values can Trigger your Actions and therefore your Success
- How to Effectively Set Realistic Leadership Goals including Committing to and Staying Accountable for Achieving these Goals
have meaningful exchanges about these important topics for their continuing
professional growth. The goal of the day is for all participants to walk
away with actionable takeaways that are specific and personally relevant.
We will focus on how to discover and use each individual's strengths, values
and prior accomplishments to tailor winning strategies to meet leadership
goals.
During lunch, we will be treated to a panel discussion with three
of DC's most successful women who will describe their paths to success, the
challenges they faced, and how they overcame obstacles. After each panelist
describes their trajectory, the session is open to Q&A from attendees.
