ULI Washington: Young Leaders Group presents Union Market: The 15 Minute City
The event will spotlight recent development projects in the larger Union Market District, the circumstances that led to their development, the stakeholders and partnerships involved, and the tools and financing that made the projects work. The tour will also include visits of historically significant buildings and businesses in the area, with stakeholders getting an opportunity to speak to their roles in shaping the neighborhood. Tour stops include The Gantry, Press House, La Cosecha, Signal House and more to be announced.
A brief question and answer session with project representatives will occur at each stop outside of the project site, culminating in an optional networking reception on the rooftop of the last tour stop, Signal House, that will follow the tour.

The following tour stops will be included in this event: The Gantry, Press House, Edens Retail - La Cosecha, and Signal House. Each stop will be accompanied by speakers who will talk about their respective property and share their perspective of development in Union Market.
