The ULI Young Leasers are excited to invite you
to a unique volunteer opportunity with Washington Parks & People. Washington
Parks & People is DC’s alliance for park-based community health for all.
Volunteers are needed for park clean-up at Meridian Hill/Malcolm X Park.
Volunteers will be asked to assist in picking up trash and other debris to help
keep the park clean.

The closest metro is the Columbia Heights Station (approx. 13
minute walk). 16th St NW is also serviced by the S2 and S9 bus
lines.
Parking:
There is limited street parking around Meridian Hill/Malcolm X
Park.
