  • This event will include a project tour, networking reception, remarks from both WLI Chairs, and a chance to connect with ULI members and nonmembers from Southeast Florida.

• 8:30am-10:00am: Guided tour of the Coconut Grove neighborhood including key projects
• 10:30am-12:00pm: Tour of the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens and Village West Campus

WLI Market Exchange events are curated trips to introduce women in real estate professions to a real estate market different from their own. The goals of the program are to:

• Build connections with other WLI groups outside the home District Council and foster stronger relationships inside and outside the region in which we work;
• Create opportunities for women in commercial real estate to network and participate on a national scale; and,
• Observe the trends and driving forces present for CRE in an outside market.
