    On Monday, February 24, 2020, the ULI Washington Young Leaders Group Real Estate 101 Committee invites members and non-members of all ages to attend their upcoming event "Building Density and Navigating DC’s Approval Process: What do DC developers need to know?"  The goal of the discussion is to demystify how land is taken from its current state to its best use, and how to mitigate the risk and uncertainty. The panel consists of a group of industry professionals with different roles in the real estate industry who have first-hand knowledge of PUD regulations and procedures.
