    Anthony Chang

    Managing Principal, Silverline Equities

    Anthony has nearly three decades of experience with a strong emphasis on repositioning mixed-use spaces, coupled with eighteen years as a market expert in the DC and Northern Virginia markets. He has held leadership positions in operations, as a leasing broker, and overseeing significant portfolios. Co-founding Silverline Equities in 2024, Anthony brings world-class best practices to create value for our investors and clients. Commencing his career at Rockefeller Center with Tishman Speyer, he later joined Hines, overseeing leasing, capex, and operations of trophy office buildings, honing his mixed-use repositioning skills. He was recruited to Broadway Partners involved him in nearly $2 billion in dispositions. Relocating to Virginia in 2012, Anthony, as a leasing broker at Cassidy Turley, added nearly 3 million square feet of agency leasing, in addition to select tenant assignments like Cvent's headquarters. Returning to the principal sidewith Washington REIT, he transformed a 3 million square feet portfolio across the metro DC area, handling over $2.5 billion in mixed-use asset transactions. As the Managing Director for Stream's Northern Virginia Office, he built a new leasing and marketing team to market leadership with 7 million square feet of assignments. Anthony actively contributes to the real estate landscape, serving on the boards of NAIOP Northern Virginia, the Fairfax County Economic Advisory Committee, and ULI, where he's the current Governance Chair for his district council and sits on the Americas Executive Committee. His educational background includes an MSc in Real Estate from NYU and a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Economics from Cornell University with a concentration in Design Environmental Analysis.

    Roberta Bosfield

    Managing Partner, Rawson Square CRE, LLC

    As Founder and Managing Partner of Rawson Square, Ms. Bosfield assumes primary responsibility for firm and project management, with a commitment to developing strong relationships for superior service. That commitment has produced results for our advisory clients and partners. Ms. Bosfield has more than 15 years of real estate experience with the recent years focused on the acquisition and repositioning of multifamily investments in the Mid-Atlantic market. Bobby has also led development advisory projects with clients such as YMCA of Washington and American Baptist Churches (ABC), successfully executed mixed use development projects in the District of Columbia. She has been part of over $1.5 billion of development and investment projects, these include urban infill, multifamily, retail, and institutional projects involving new construction and renovation. Bobby has a passion for entrepreneurship and has spent her real estate career with several growing platforms, including Linden Property Group and CSG Urban Partners. Ms. Bosfield has a BSB in Finance from the University of Minnesota. Bobby completed her doctoral studies in Construction Management at Arizona State University where she led research on the best practices of front end development planning for large Oil & Gas companies. She continues to serve on local and national industry committees for Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI). Bobby is originally from The Bahamas and resides in Washington, DC.

    Adam Stein

    Managing Partner, BridgeWater Real Estate Brokerage

    Adam Stein is the co-founder and managing member of BridgeWater Real Estate Brokerage, a multifamily investment sales and advisory firm specializing in affordable housing and development across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. He oversees all aspects of the firm, from sourcing and underwriting opportunities to structuring deals and guiding clients through acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. He has deep experience in multifamily, affordable housing and mixed-use development. Founding Member and Treasurer of the Board, The REED Center for Ecosystem Reintegration The REED Center advances food-focused ecological restoration and community resilience through hands-on ecosystem rehabilitation, education, and training that reconnects people to the land by demonstrating the scalability of regenerative permaculture agricultural systems. Community and ecological vision Adam seeks to pair BridgeWater’s multifamily and affordable-housing expertise with The REED Center’s permaculture practice. He aspires to develop affordable housing sited within labor-intensive, regenerative agro-ecosystems that provide on-site homes for new-age farmers who live and work the land, and to build hyper-local, healthy food systems and broad food-and-land education for urban and suburban affordable-housing communities to increase access to nutritious food and strengthen local economies.

    Blanton Smith

    Director of Asset Management, Blackfin Real Estate Investors, LLC

    Blanton Smith is the Managing Director of Asset Management and is responsible for overseeing the asset management and investment strategy for the portfolio. Prior to joining Blackfin, Blanton was an Asset Manager at The Bozzuto Group overseeing operations and asset strategy for a portfolio of over 7,000 units. Earlier in her career Blanton worked at Walker & Dunlop overseeing a portfolio of FHA loans and prior to Walker & Dunlop she worked for PRG Real Estate as a Senior Property Manager. Her well-rounded background across operations, finance, and strategy enables her to lead the portfolio with a strong, results-driven perspective. Ms. Smith earned a bachelor’s degree from Denison University and a Master's in real estate from Georgetown University. Ms. Smith is an active member of the Urban Land Institute as well as a co-founder of B.R.E.W, a networking group of women in real estate.

    Chuck Schilke

    Professor, Finance, Real Estate, and Law, Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School

    Chuck Schilke is the Director of the Edward St. John Real Estate Program at the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, at both the Washington DC and Baltimore Harbor East campuses. There, he directs the Master of Science in Real Estate and Infrastructure (MSREI) degree program—the first graduate real estate program in the United States also expressly including infrastructure--and leads related teaching, research, industry service, and public service activities. Based directly upon ULI’s multidisciplinary real estate tradition, the Hopkins Carey Real Estate Program fully integrates a multidisciplinary development-oriented real estate program into the finance-oriented comprehensive business school of one of the leading research universities in the world, providing the optimal real estate and infrastructure education that industry and students need. Previously, Chuck created and directed the Georgetown University Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate program in Washington DC, which over 4 ½ years he and his colleagues grew to 300 students, 75 practitioner faculty, and 50 commercial real estate development, real estate finance, international real estate, and construction courses. Particularly whlle at Hopkins and Ceorgetown, Chuck marketed very heavily to recruit students and generally market the programs for over 10 years; his marketing efforts recruited 900 students to the Hopkins and Georgetown programs. He also created courses in Real Estate Marketing and Business Development for Real Estate Professionals. Prior to directing the Johns Hopkins and Georgetown real estate programs, Chuck worked for over 20 years in real estate and infrastructure in Washington DC, New York City, and Boston, and he continues to consult on a wide variety of real estate and infrastructure projects. He has performed real estate work in a wide range of organizational settings, including major corporations like Exxon Mobil and Marriott; nonprofits like The American National Red

    James Kelly

    Senior Vice President, Foulger Pratt

    Jay Kelly has over 15 years of real estate development and investment experience and has been with Foulger Pratt since 2021. As a Vice President in Foulger Pratt’s development group, he leads all aspects of the company’s redevelopment efforts at Landmark Mall. Additionally, he oversees several new pursuits opportunities across the DMV. Prior to joining Foulger Pratt, Jay spent six years at JBG Smith Properties overseeing the day-to-day development operations of several high-profile mixed-use projects including 1221 Van Street (DC), West Half (DC), Eckington Yards (DC) and 1900 Crystal Drive (National Landing). He also spent several years working for the New York City Economic Development Agency, where he spearheaded public investment in private developments. Jay received a BA in Public Policy Analysis from Duke University, a Masters in Business Administration from Wharton and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is barred in the State of New York and is involved with the Wonders Learning and the Town of Chevy Chase’s Long Range Planning Committee.
