Join ULI Washington Full Members on June 9, 2021 for a conversation with David Iannucci, President and CEO of the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation.  Mr. Iannucci will discuss the strategies that catapulted Prince George’s County from last to first place in job growth in the State of Maryland for six consecutive years. Iannucci will also share his thoughts on how COVID-19 will impact the local economy in the office, retail and industrial sectors and have an honest conversation about the role government and the private sectors should play in addressing the regional divide in economic development in the metropolitan area.  A veteran economic developer, credited with negotiating the development of Camden Yards in Baltimore and quarterbacking the RFP’s for the TWO FBI relocation sites in Prince George’s County, Iannucci has a lot to share.
