Vinyasa Yoga with Lauren

Join us for a grounding and energizing yoga practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, connecting one posture to the next using the breath. Designed as a moving meditation, Vinyasa creates the opportunity to become stronger, more flexible, and balanced, while practicing being present to the moment.

High Intensity Interval Training HIIT with Tasha

Join us for an interval training exercise. It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.

Mindfulness/Meditation 101 with Lauren

Join us for an intro experience on mindfulness/meditation techniques and tools. Attendees will apply their newly learned tools through a guided meditation, and leave feeling more confident in their meditation journey.

About Lauren Hersh:

Lauren’s enthusiastic passion for all things health & wellness inspired her to create her company Official Ritual, which builds community through wellbeing programming in real estate. At Official Ritual, Lauren promotes community as the new amenity, transforming building spaces into sanctuaries of wellbeing for authentic shared connection. She believes we all have the innate capacity to heal ourselves with accessible low-cost, high impact rituals of self-care such as meditation, breathwork, and restorative body movement to boost mental and physical health. Her background of real estate development, combined with her health coach certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and experience hosting wellness events illuminated the integral role community and connection play in improving health.
