Single class - $20
Two classes - $35
All classes - $45
Join WLI Washington for our third annual "SWEATWORKING" series!  This year we will be going virtual with a week of fitness options commencing February 18th!  After the series there will be a participant Zoom happy hour to connect with fellow athletes.    
 
We'll get fit together while supporting a great cause.  This year, proceeds will benefit the Capital Area Foodbank. Additionally, we encourage you to join our fundraising page to provide donations: Fundraising for Capital Area Food Bank.
 
 
This event is gender-inclusive and open to all levels of fitness.  No equipment is required, though a mat is recommended.
 
 
Class 1: Body, Breath, Being on Thursday February 18th at 7:30 am
Class 2: Yoga on Monday February 22nd at 7:30 am
Class 3: HIIT/Strength on Thursday February 25th at 6 pm
DIY 5K on your own time (included when you sign-up for one of classes)
Happy Hour on Friday February 26th at 5:30 pm(included when you sign-up for one of the classes)

Learn more about our instructors:
Body, Breath, Being with Charise Hoge, a certified dance/movement therapist, yoga teacher, and life coach. She has been teaching yoga for two decades in the DC area, leading classes at Smithsonian museums, businesses, local gyms and studios, as well as her own private practice.  The class will include meditation and stretching.
 
Yoga with Mimi Rieger.  Certified yoga instructor and owner of Mimi Rieger Yoga | Studios, Mimi has taught First Lady Michelle Obama, professional sports teams, and more.  Join to invoke great change, strengthen your body, nourish your soul and celebrate community.
 
HIIT/Strength with Katie Iobst.  As founder of the fit. by katie iobst virtual fitness community, certified personal trainer and yoga instructor, Katie Iobst, brings a balanced method of building physical and mental strength and stability to each of her classes. She looks forward to sharing her passion for fitness and meeting you on your mats!
