Diana has been a forward – thinking financial services leader, most recently as Head of PNC Bank’s commercial real estate business. Diana was named by American Banker as one of the “Most Powerful Women in Banking” (2010-2018). During her career she has led more than 1,000 employees serving commercial real estate companies in the US and Canada, navigating the division through the financial crisis to emerge and thrive.  Under her leadership, the bank’s commitment grew from $15B to over $50B in commercial real estate credit exposure, and the division delivered fivefold growth in revenue and profitability.

Diana will share her story and personal experiences of being an innovative financial services leader for over 37 years.  Diana has made the advancement of women one of her top priorities, founding WLI Nationally, leading the launch of PNC Women Connect, and creating programs to encourage more men to act as advocates and mentors for women in the workplace.
