Please join us for our 5th annual Holiday Luncheon on December 10th, which will feature an intimate conversation with Diana Reid.
For almost four decades, Diana Reid has been a forward-thinking, customer-centric financial services leader, most recently as executive of PNC Bank’s commercial real estate business division (July 2007 to April 2019), navigating the financial crisis and growing the business to over $50 billion in loans, $15 billion in annual lending, and $300 billion loans serviced for others. Her career journey included 19 years at the investment bank Credit Suisse in mortgage trading, commercial real estate debt capital markets, and real estate finance M&A (1983 to 2002). Diana founded a strategic advisory firm representing owners in the sale of their companies to major financial institutions (2003 to 2007).
Throughout her career, Diana Reid has been a voice and an active leader in the securities and real estate industries as governor of the Mortgage Banker’s Association Commercial / Multifamily Board of Governors and as Founding Governor of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council. Diana served on Urban Land Institute’s global board of directors (2013 to 2016), was elected Trustee in 2012 and Foundation Governor in 2015. She joined the steering committee for the ULI Women’s Leadership Initiative in 2012, writing its first Strategic Plan, and chairing the WLI Steering Committee 2013-2016.
Enabling the careers of individuals from under-represented groups has been a driving focus throughout her career, opening up Wall Street and the Real Estate Industry to more diverse thinking and experience. Diana was elected to membership in The Committee of 200 with a mission to foster, celebrate and advance the leadership of women in business, and through C200 and WLI works to pull forward the next generation of women entrepreneurs and executives.
