ULI Washington Prince George's County - Past, Present & Future - a PechaKucha Event
Prince George’s County is being reshaped in real time—and the people behind that transformation have stories to tell. This PechaKucha night brings together developers, planners, architects, financiers, and community builders to share fast-paced, visual stories about what it takes to build in Prince George's County. Through 20 slides and 20 seconds each, presenters will explore projects, partnerships, lessons learned, and big ideas shaping the county’s neighborhoods—from transit-oriented development and mixed-use corridors to preservation, equity, and innovation. The evening is a celebration of the development community’s role in turning vision into place, and of Prince George’s County as a landscape of opportunity, collaboration, and momentum.
Through real-world examples and candid lessons, attendees will gain practical knowledge, diverse perspectives, and inspiration from leaders across development, planning, design, finance, and community building. Join us for a drink, great food, and thought-provoking conversation!
