    Join WLI Washington for our 4th annual "Sweatworking" series, this year in collaboration with WIA Northern Virginia! This year will be a month of in-person fitness classes, with bellydance, yoga, meditation, and HIIT! At the end of the series, there will be a happy hour to connect with fellow athletes.

    This year, proceeds will benefit the Capital Area Foodbank , for the second year in a row. We will get fit together while supporting a great cause. Additionally, we encourage you to join our fundraising page to provide additional donations: Fundraising for Capital Area Food Bank.

    Sweatworking is gender-inclusive and open to all levels of fitness. A towel and water bottle are recommended for each class along with a yoga mat for the yoga class. The maximum capacity for each class is 25 people.

    Class 1:
    Belly Dancing on Thursday, June 9th at 6:00 - 7:30pm

    Class 2:
    Yoga on Tuesday, June 14th at 6:00 - 7:30 pm (bring your own mat)

     Happy Hour on Wednesday, June 29th at 7:30 pm in the Dupont area with a specific location to be announced (included when you sign up for one of the classes).

    You will need to sign a waiver in advance of your first class.

    As part of our on-going efforts to protect you, ULI Washington is requiring all who attend ULI Washington in-person events be vaccinated against COVID 19 and comply with all applicable rules of the local jurisdiction and the venue at which the event is held.
