ULI Washington: WLI + WIA Sweatworking
Join WLI Washington for our 4th annual "Sweatworking" series, this year in collaboration with WIA Northern Virginia! This year will be a month of in-person fitness classes, with bellydance, yoga, meditation, and HIIT! At the end of the series, there will be a happy hour to connect with fellow athletes.
This year, proceeds will benefit the Capital Area Foodbank , for the second year in a row. We will get fit together while supporting a great cause. Additionally, we encourage you to join our fundraising page to provide additional donations: Fundraising for Capital Area Food Bank.
Sweatworking is gender-inclusive and open to all levels of fitness. A towel and water bottle are recommended for each class along with a yoga mat for the yoga class. The maximum capacity for each class is 25 people.

We are also asking in-person attendees to sign ULI’s Event Participation waiver.
Please come prepared to show proof of your vaccination at check-in – can be your physical card or a picture – and complete the ULI Event Participation waiver linked above online. We will also have hard copies of the waiver available at check-in for your convenience.
