The Pathways to Inclusion (PTI) Cohort Orientation Session marks the beginning of the Pathways to Inclusion journey, welcoming cohort members into a supportive and collaborative environment. Participants will gain an overview of the program’s goals, structure, and key milestones, while connecting with fellow cohort members and facilitators. The session sets the tone for inclusive leadership development, community building, and shared learning, ensuring everyone feels prepared and inspired to engage fully throughout the experience.
