ULI Washington: Inside the Deal - Central Armature Works (WLI Education and Mentorship)
The WLI Education & Mentoring Committee is excited to partner with Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School to invite students from local universities to show case a behind-the-scenes panel for the Central Armature Works project in Union Market.
Representatives from Trammel Crow Company, MetLife, Clark Construction, Shalom Baranes Associates and The Morrow Hotel will share their insights and challenges from entitlements through operations today.
The panel discussion will be followed by small group mentoring and soft skills development with senior commercial real estate professionals on “Climbing the Corporate Ladder & How to Piece Together an Effective Team”
Central Armature Works is a 830,000-square-foot mixed-use development that broke ground in 2019 and delivered in Q4 2022, and includes two residential towers, the 172-unit Rigby and the 468-unit Market House; The Morrow, a 203-key boutique hotel from Hilton’s Curio Collection; Le Clou, a restaurant managed by Michelin-starred Chef Nick Stefaneli; and 60,000 square feet of retail space that adds to the growing 3rd Street District in NoMa, as well as private event space.
