All organizations, large and small, are being challenged to
bring up women and diverse candidates to leadership roles.  Representation
can be strong at entry levels but diminish at the top.  How do we make
that change?  No one has a perfect recipe or everyone would follow it.

Our panel, comprised of seasoned leaders as well as future
leaders, will deliver their vantage points on the questions we should be
asking.  What leadership styles work within organizations or teams working
to embrace cultural change?  What challenges do you face in assuming a
leadership position and how do you overcome them?  What role does
sponsorship and mentorship play and how do you intentionally cultivate those
    relationships?

Moderated by Audrey Taylor, Vice President, Human Resources Research & Advisory, Gartner
