Real Estate Trivia Night: Test your knowledge, challenge your peers, support two great causes

On Tuesday, November 17th at Hill Country, ULI Washington Young Leaders Group will host its inaugural Real Estate Trivia Night.  Zach Wade, Principal at MRP Realty will be emceeing trivia rounds that will test the teams’ pop culture and real estate knowledge.  Bob Youngentob, President of EYA and ULI Washington Chair and Matt Klein, President and CEO of Akridge and former ULI Washington Chair, will serve as our very own bartenders serving drinks as teams arrive and meet their competition. The winning team will be presented with the much sought after ULI Washington Real Estate Trivia gold medals. This is an event not to be missed!

The competition is going to be fierce with teams already signed up from ADI Construction, ASB Capital Management, BCT Architects, Bozzuto, Cushman & Wakefield, DPR Construction, ECS Mid-Atlantic LLC, EYA, The JBG Companies, KGD architecture, Lerch, Early & Brewer, Chtd., Vornado/Charles E. Smith, Walker & Dunlop, and The Washington Real Estate Investment Trust.

Not just a great opportunity for friendly competition, more than 75% of each team and individual registration fees will go to two great causes – Community of Hope and the YLG Scholarship Fund.  Serving homeless and low-income families with children in Washington for 35 years, Community of Hope (www.communityofhopedc.org) provides a range of programs and service including primary healthcare, housing stability, job referrals, and educational programs for children.  In 2012, Community of Hope was awarded The Washington Post Award for Excellence in Nonprofit Management by the Center for Nonprofit Advancement and The Washington Post.  Additional proceeds from the event will also support the YLG Scholarship Fund.  Money raised will provide financial support for ULI Washington Young Leaders to attend major events such as the Spring and Fall Meetings, Washington Trends Conference and the YLG Leadership Exchange.
