ULI WASHINGTON PROJECT AWARDS FINALISTS:
ULI Washington’s Awards for Excellence Program is an annual event that honors innovation and collaboration across the real estate industry by celebrating both people and projects that shape the places where we live, work, and play. The Awards for Excellence Program also serves as a fundraiser for this member- and mission-driven nonprofit organization. ULI’s mission is to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact worldwide. All project award finalists were required to reach substantial completion and/or stabilization between August 2023 and November 2024 as a qualification for consideration. Leadership honorees were nominated in a third-party process. Selections for both project and leadership awards were made by two independent juries comprised of ULI Washington member leaders.
