Case Studies
ULI Washington Case Studies showcase innovative approaches and best practices in real estate and urban development. Each case study provides detailed information about the ideas, plans, performance, and lessons learned for an exemplary and often award-winning development project.
The mission of the ULI Washington Case Study Committee is to provide members an opportunity to visit and explore recently completed projects in the National Capital Region. A Case Study program includes a site tour of the project with a corresponding stakeholder panel. Case Studies allow our members to have a behind-the-scenes look at the newest projects in the area and hear best practices and lessons learned directly from project teams and community members.
ULI Washington holds at least two geographically- and sector-diverse Case Studies per year.
