The Real Estate Associates Program (Project REAP) – program offered in conjunction with ULI Learning to provide commercial real estate training for multicultural students, professionals and members of the public
Real Estate Executives Council (REEC) – association to promote the interests of minority executives in commercial real estate; offers summer program for diverse high school students
Capital Impact Partners – provides strategic financing, social innovation and capacity building programs
Urban Alliance – provides skills training, mentoring, and paid internships to underserved high school seniors (seeking ULI members to provide internship opportunities)
Black in Design Mentorship Program – an initiative that aims to promote greater representation of Black talent in the design industry.
