What is the Pathways to Inclusion initiative?
The Pathways to Inclusion initiative is designed to broaden ULI membership and expand the professional networks of underrepresented real estate and land use professionals in the National Capital Region. We believe that by diversifying our membership, we can better fulfill our organization’s mission to create and sustain thriving communities.
Since its inaugural year of 2019, the Pathways to Inclusion initiative has granted 91 people of color a one-year scholarship for ULI membership and access to the Fall Meeting. In addition, ULI Washington has provided programs designed to serve, support, and engage cohort members throughout the year as well as networking opportunities with Pathways to Inclusion alumni and industry leaders.
