The CRED Council is a place for professionals with a vision for transforming the Metropolitan Washington Region to cooperatively create a Playbook of resilient Housing and Economic Development Solutions. The Council convenes public and private sector members to learn and share best practices for overcoming regional challenges and advancing the development that the Metropolitan Washington Region needs. The Council supports the refinement of the annual Future Forum event by aligning mission priorities with experts and leaders around the Region. 

This Council formed in 2025, and is now open to strategic partners.
