The ULI Housing Local Product Council was created in 2012 to identify and share best practices on all forms of residential development in the Washington region. The Council is comprised of ULI members from the public and private sectors who are involved in the planning, design, financing or development of affordable, multifamily, mixed-use, single family, and age-targeted homes.  The Council meets quarterly to share ideas on housing issues throughout the region, and to plan educational events for both ULI members and for local elected and public sector officials who work in the Housing realm.
