Plans and implements a series of breakfast discussions (three to four per year) facilitated by an industry expert. These breakfasts are an exclusive opportunity for ULI Full Members to engage in a local district council event. Learn more about our Executive Conversations to the left.
Members of this committee serve as ambassadors to the local real estate industry to seek sponsorship support for the district council generally.
Identifies potential TAPs, which are 1.5-day panels that bring together ULI Members to provide guidance on specific development or planning issues. Once a TAP is contracted, the Committee recommends members to serve.
Implements ULI’s UrbanPlan program in Washington region high schools and universities, serving as School Champions and in other program oversight capacities. Only trained and active UrbanPlan Volunteers are eligible to serve on this Committee.
This group holds a series of programs, events, and seminars to assist women in real estate to move up the leadership ladder in their companies and within ULI.
