The mini Technical Assistance Panel (or mini-TAP, mTAP) is the capstone project for ULI Washington’s Leadership Institute. For a mini-TAP, mid-career ULI members work together to offer pro bono technical assistance to a non-profit or governmental organization serving the DC-area.

Like a TAP, the mTAP formulates recommendations for a specific site/issue and culminates with an oral presentation. The accompanying presentation is published and shared in our database.
