FY24 ULI Washington UrbanPlan Highlights:

• Delivered UrbanPlan to over 300 students at Phelps ACE, Alexandria City, Washington Liberty and Bethesda-Chevy Chase High Schools, George Mason University’s Masters in Real Estate Development program, and the REEX/REEC High School Summer Scholars Program at Howard University;
• Trained regional public officials through UrbanPlan workshops and Lightning Rounds in DC, Prince George’s County, Montgomery and Fairfax County; and
• Engaged participants from the National Association of Realtors, ULI Washington’s Prince George’s County Local Product Council, and the ULI Washington YLG Mentorship and NEXT Programs through Lightning Rounds.
