WLI Circles is a peer-to-peer networking program where participants are placed in groups that meet multiple times over the program year to engage in candied dialogue, exchange ideas, explore professional development activities, and/or pursue collective learning objectives.
Each Circle is designed to include a variety of professional backgrounds and a breadth of career levels among participants to facilitate a unique networking experience and encourage cross-training among different professions to develop a deeper and more holistic understanding of the real estate and land use planning industries. The same Circle members meet throughout the program year to build deep professional connections.
This opportunity is open to both members and nonmember and all who register are accepted into the program.
Thank you for your interest in the 2025 WLI Circles program! Peers from the WLI Circle convene for personal insight and candid dialogue about business and unique challenges and opportunities, education and idea exchange, and self-development and support.
Each WLI Circle will include approximately eight to ten participants who identify as women, including at least one host who is responsible for facilitating and hosting meetings.
WLI Circles will meet a minimum of six times in-person over the course of the year. Additional meetings are encouraged and may be done in person or virtually. Each Circle will be provided with optional discussion topics to facilitate meaningful connections and conversations. Most importantly, we aim to create a diversity of career levels and sectors in each WLI Circle to inspire interesting discussions.
Participation in the program requires your commitment to:
– Attendance at a minimum of six WLI Circle meetings.
– Keep confidential all sensitive information shared within groups.
– Contribute to meeting planning and discussions.
– Embrace diversity of group membership and learn about other industry roles, positions, and backgrounds.

Circles members will be asked to submit a payment fee to confirm their participation in the program. The fee structure is as follows:
*All registrants under the age of 35, regardless of sector, will pay the YLG pricing outlined above that matches their membership status
