Mentorship

The Mentorship Committee’s primary focus is supporting the Mentorship Program in its mission to provide opportunities for Young Leaders (ULI members under age 35) and seasoned ULI members to connect, grow, and create lasting relationships by sharing their knowledge and experiences in a group atmosphere of confidentiality, trust, and respect. The committee works to form the mentor groups and monitors their success and participation during the program year. The committee is also responsible for bringing all program participants together at the networking events and connecting them with the larger YLG community.

The ULI Washington Mentorship program pairs small groups of young leaders with industry veterans, for the purpose of building relationships and sharing industry best practices. Groups schedule their own monthly meetings and determine their own content, often joining together for project tours or panel discussions. The program also hosts networking events throughout the year as a benefit to participants.
