ADVISORY: 2018 Real Estate Trends Conference Awards Finalists Announced

ULI Washington has announced the finalists for the its annual Real Estate Trends Conference Awards program:

When: Tuesday, April 17th, 2018, 8:00am-6:00pm

Now entering its fourth year, the Trends Conference Awards Program highlights innovative and outstanding development in the Metropolitan Washington Region. There are  six distinctive award categories that recognize innovative projects, policies, and initiatives that contribute to the enhancement of vibrant neighborhoods, exemplify creative problem solving, and celebrate visionary thinking.

Finalists (by category) for the 2018 Trends Conference Awards are as follows:

    • Channel Square Apartments
  • Excellence in Mixed-Use Development
    • The Apollo
    • Mosaic District
  • Excellence in Housing Development
    • Oslo Atlas
    • Ten at Clarendon
  • Excellence in Institutional Development
    • DDOT Streetcar Car Barn Training Center
    • Marymount University Ballston Center
  • Excellence in Adaptive Reuse
    • Liberty at Lorton
    • Museum of the Bible
  • Impact Award
    • Climate Ready DC
    • Potomac River Transportation Plan

The winners will be announced at an Awards Ceremony at the end of the Trends Conference. The ceremony will begin at 3:45 p.m. and conclude with a networking reception to 6:00 p.m.  To read more about the Trends Conference Awards Program, click here.

The Real Estate Trends Conference, ULI Washington’s signature event, features local and national speakers and provides a crash course on where the real estate industry is now and where it is headed. The theme for the 2018 conference is “Transformational Change: Communities at a Crossroads.”
