Regarding the Trends Awards Bryce A. Turner, Jury Foreman for the Trends Conference Awards remarked:
“The Jury had the distinct pleasure to review many creative real estate solutions and to visit thirteen that made the short list. We had two packed days of learning about innovative building solutions for education, renovation, affordable housing, master-planning and many other aspects of our industry. We are ecstatic about the quality and quantity of the submissions made in this year; which represent the best development trends occurring in the DC region and the country. Creating a shortlist in each category required painstaking review and heartfelt deliberation.”
