ULI Washington 2015 Trends: Awards

ULI Washington announced the winners for its first annual Real Estate Trends Conference Awards Program, a newly added conference component that highlights innovative development under way in the Metropolitan Washington Region.


The six distinctive award categories recognize innovative projects, policies, and initiatives that contribute to the enhancement of vibrant neighborhoods, exemplify creative problem solving, and celebrate visionary thinking. Winners in each category are as follows:

Award.2In a special presentation the 2015 Distinguished Juror Award was also awarded to Mr. Coke Florance. The award recognizes his active, enthusiastic participation in the ULI Awards Jury – including exemplary attendance at meetings and site visits.

The Real Estate Trends Conference, ULI Washington’s signature event for the past 17 years, features local and national speakers and provides a crash course on where the real estate industry is now and where it is headed. The theme for the 2015 conference was “Common Ground: Building Partners, Projects and Potential.”
