ULI Washington Announces New Leadership for FY 21

WASHINGTON, DC (August 1, 2020) – ULI Washington has filled two leadership positions and added a new at-large seat to the Executive Committee. The three new appointment are:

• Vice Chair:  Julie Smith, Chief Administrative Officer, The Bozzuto Group
• Chair of Mission Advancement:  Anthony Chang, Vice President, Asset Management, WashREIT
• Member At-Large:  Diana Shin, Southeast Region Communications Manager, Marketing, Gensler and ULIW Young Leaders Chair

The other members of ULIW’s Executive Committee include:

• Chair: Jamie Weinbaum, Executive Vice President of Development, MidCity Development
• Governance Committee Chair: Yolanda Cole, Senior Principal, Hickok Cole Architects
• Treasurer: Sarah Goss, Cash Forecasting and Modeling Advisor, D.C. Office of the Chief Financial Officer
• Member At Large: Justin Chapman, Senior Development Manager, Skanska
• Member At Large: Elizabeth Cotter, Senior Vice President, JBG SMITH
• Member At Large: Evan Goldman, Executive Vice President, Development and Acquisitions, EYA

Together these officers will guide the District Council in its work this year. ULI is a nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members, representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines working in private enterprise and public service – including leading property owners, investors, advisors, developers, architects, lawyers, lenders, planners, regulators, contractors, engineers, university professors and students.

ULI Washington is one of ULI’s largest District Councils worldwide, with over 2,400 members. We welcome membership and participation from individuals who share our commitment to responsible land use to sustain the growth and prosperity of the National Capital region.  The opportunity to influence local land use policy remains the focus and achievement of ULI Washington.
