On Saturday, 9/28, ULI members – with the Young Leaders Group – volunteered with the Miracle League in sunny Alexandria. We joined two teams of adults with special needs in a friendly game of baseball. There were dozens of home runs – all-around it was a big hit. In addition to big-league fielding and hitting, everyone gained valuable experience in high-fives and general enthusiastic sportsmanship.
