On November 21st Pathways to Inclusion participants gathered at ULI HQ for small group conversations with experienced CRE professionals. The Pathways to Inclusion Initiative is sponsored by CBRE, Whiting-Turner and BentallGreenOak. Forty-five people of color are part of this year’s cohort. The participants were chosen through a competitive process and were awarded scholarships to the 2019 Fall Meeting held in Washington, DC in September. In addition, they receive a one-year ULI membership and will attend several ULI events throughout the upcoming year as part of their program. Facilitators included:

Participants talked about paths to success, best practices, lessons learned and industry trends with these seasoned CRE professionals. After the facilitated discussion participants ended the evening with a lively networking reception.
