This fall, ULI Washington will perform its second Virtual Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) of the year. Our TAP program connects ULI’s member experts to sponsors looking to answer land use questions throughout the Washington region. Our Virtual TAP program was first executed this summer, where ULI Washington’s TAP Panel was able to engage in technical assistance recommendations from the safety and comfort of their homes. More information about the TAP program can be found on our site.
ULI Washington is currently seeking TAP panelists for its next Virtual TAP opportunity, focused on the Westphalia Development in Prince George’s County as sponsored by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC). ULI Washington has prepared a survey for members interested in serving on the panel. This panel would likely commence in the November 16th. Unlike in-person TAPs, the TAP would take place over 3-4 days. Instead of a 1.5 all-day program, panelists would participate for 4-5 hours a day.
Further information about the upcoming TAP can be found in the Westphalia TAP Overview. This opportunity is only open to ULI Washington members. Questions can be directed to Alex Krefetz, TAP Program Manager, at [email protected] .
