ULI Washington achieves its influence through our members' volunteer leadership and participation on various committees, local initiative councils, and programs that are the foundation of the District Council's work.

Learn about Committees – ULI Washington is seeking members to get involved in our standing committees for the FY2020-2021 program year. Committee options range from planning events to helping attract and retain members.
 

Learn about Initiative Councils – Initiative Council (IC's), modeled after national product councils, are designed to engage multi-disciplinary groups of mid and senior-level professionals involved in specific facets of real estate who commit to meet on a regular basis, develop trusted connections and share best practices. Initiative Councils include: Housing, Innovation and Technology, Placemaking, Prince George's County, and Sustainability.  

 

Learn about NEXT - ULI Washington's NEXT program serves to engage members who age out of the Young Leaders program (generally 35-50 year old). NEXT is both an educational and a network building group.
